What You’ll Do:
- Drive Sales: Contact leads, build referrals, and guide prospects through every stage of the sales cycle, from initial contact to closing.
- Tell Our Story: Communicate A.B.E. Networks’ value, expertise, and commitment to excellence to prospective clients and their representatives.
- Needs Analysis: Assess client needs, offer tailored solutions, and overcome objections with confidence.
- Proposal Creation: Work closely with engineering to develop detailed proposals and scopes of work, ensuring client satisfaction with every detail.
- Client Management: Maintain a strong relationship with your clients, serving as their trusted advisor even after project completion.
- Networking: Build a network of industry professionals—architects, designers, and builders—to generate referrals and expand your reach.
- Project Oversight: Ensure seamless handoffs to Project Managers with accurate documentation and follow up on any scope changes or billing adjustments.
- Long-Term Support: Provide clients with tutorials, reconcile projects, and introduce them to our Service Department for ongoing care.
- Organize & Track: Keep databases and sales reports up to date, tracking leads and opportunities across a wide geography.
What We’re Looking For:
- Sales Expertise: Proven experience in technology integration or related industries, with a strong ability to close deals and generate referrals.
- Tech-Savvy: A passion for smart home technology and an ability to explain solutions to clients in clear, relatable terms.
- People-Focused: Exceptional communication, relationship-building, and time-management skills.
- Industry Knowledge: 5+ years of experience in technology integration or a related field, with certifications (e.g., CEDIA, Crestron, Lutron) preferred.
- Driven & Organized: Ability to manage multiple leads, prioritize tasks, and deliver exceptional client experiences.
What We Offer:
- Competitive Pay: $60,000 – $80,000/year, not including commission.

- Tech-Savvy: Understand Boolean logic, proficient in Microsoft Office, and comfortable with hand tools and tech equipment.
